We operate our business using earth-friendly practices. We offer no-waste catering, and low-waste catering. Our low-waste packaging is always 100% recycled material content and can itself be recycled or composted to bio-degrade, we use compostable food starch cutlery, our food waste goes to Barthold Hog Farm, we recycle our aluminum, glass, steel, plastic, paper, and cardboard. And we're a MN Wastewise Member.
